Overview
Section titled “Overview”Pinnacles Travel is the next scenario coming to LocoEnsayo — a simulated travel and tourism agency with AI employees, designed for hospitality and tourism education.
The Concept
Section titled “The Concept”Like CloudCore Networks, Pinnacles Travel will be a fully simulated organisation with AI chatbot employees. Students in hospitality, tourism, and related disciplines will interact with staff across the agency to practise industry-specific skills.
Planned Features
Section titled “Planned Features”- AI travel consultants with distinct personalities and specialisations
- Management and operations staff for business-focused interactions
- Customer service scenarios for frontline hospitality skills
- Destination knowledge covering Western Australian tourism (including the Pinnacles)
Target Disciplines
Section titled “Target Disciplines”Pinnacles Travel is being designed for units in:
- Tourism management
- Hospitality operations
- Event management
- Marketing (tourism-specific)
- Customer service and communication
Technology
Section titled “Technology”Pinnacles Travel will use the same local-inference architecture as CloudCore Networks:
- Fine-tuned small language models for each character
- Ollama for local inference
- Privacy-first design — no student data leaves the institution
