The Organisation
Section titled “The Organisation”CloudCore Networks provides internet, hosting, and managed IT services to small and medium businesses. Like any real ISP, it has:
- A management team with competing priorities
- Technical staff with varying levels of security awareness
- Customer-facing employees with access to sensitive systems
- Legacy processes alongside newer initiatives
AI Employees
Section titled “AI Employees”Each CloudCore employee is an AI chatbot with a unique backstory, personality, and role. They respond to questions the way a real employee would — sometimes helpfully, sometimes evasively, sometimes revealing things they probably shouldn’t.
Students don’t get a file of facts. They get conversations. The information they need is distributed across multiple people, just like in a real organisation.
Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”Security Audits
Section titled “Security Audits”Interview CloudCore staff to identify security vulnerabilities. Who has access to what? What are the password policies? How is customer data handled? The answers are there — students just have to ask the right questions.
Requirements Gathering
Section titled “Requirements Gathering”Talk to stakeholders across the organisation to understand what a new system or process needs to do. Different employees have different needs and different perspectives. Reconciling those is the real skill.
Business Analysis
Section titled “Business Analysis”Explore organisational challenges through structured conversations. Map processes, identify pain points, and develop recommendations — all based on what the AI employees tell you.
Technology
Section titled “Technology”CloudCore Networks is powered by:
- Fine-tuned small LLMs — each character has been fine-tuned to stay in role
- Ollama — local inference, no cloud dependency
- Character-specific system prompts — backstory, personality traits, knowledge boundaries
- Conversation memory — characters remember what you’ve discussed in the current session
All inference runs locally. No student conversations are sent to external APIs.
